2. PREPARATION

  • Check cooling water
  • See that each lubrication oil in filled up.
  • Make sure to set the upper side of the material horizontally on working table, with a block on.
  • Operator to adjust the vertical UP-DOWN S/W accurately to the working position of the material.
  • Cooling water must be sufficiently supplied.

  • Check cooling water
  • If KH-305 On S/W is pressed, the spindle motor starts to work, if OFF S/W is pressed, it stops.
  • If KH-306 vertical UP-DOWN or OFF S/S is pressed, working of up, down or off.

4-2) MAINTENANCE

  • The perpendicularity of column and the parallelism of polishing table should be checked in from 15 days to 1 month after the machine is installed, and should be tested every month during six months and screwed the tighten bolts.
  • The machine is always operated with water and stone particles. So make sure to pay contant attention on lubrication, and to supply lubrication oil frequently to prevent oil shortage.
  • As the machine is working in the surface of column has rusted or letted stone particles jammed, should be careful about defacement of the vertical motor.
